The Board of Directors of Kongresové centrum Praha, a.s. at its meeting on 2.6.2011 took into consideration the decision of the management of the company to cease publication of the Half-yearly Report of an issuer in accordance with the exception from the obligation of publication of information given by Section 119c, Paragraph 2, b) of Act No. 256/2004 Sb.,
on Conducting Business in the Capital Market.

Amendment No. 2 to the Loan Agreement of 11.3.2005, reg. no. 7250005200047 was concluded on 5.5.2011 between Kongresové centrum Praha, a.s. and Komerční banka, a.s., on the basis of which the instalment calendar was changed.
