10th National “New Homes for Abandoned Cats” exhibition
The letter adressed to the General Manager of the Prague Congress Centre
Dear Mr. Kárník
Once again, as so many times before, we would like to express to you
our sincere thanks for the valuable help you gave us throughout the
preparation, realization, and finally, of course, the ultimate success,
of the 10th National “New Homes for Abandoned Cats” exhibition.
The Congress Centre hosted this exhibition on December 12th, 2007. This
annual exhibition has become a major focus of interest for the media
and, especially, the general public. It was visited by almost 1,150 cat
lovers, and 94 cats have all been settled into new homes. Again, with
deep gratitude, Mr. Kárník, I can say that none of the participants
will forget your hospitality or the quality of your establishment, and
we look forward to turning to you again in the period before Christmas,
when we would like to put on yet another exhibition.
Thanking you again, dear Mr. Kárník, for your generosity,
I remain,
Yours sincerely,

ESPEN 2007, Prague, 08-11 September 2007
Dear Hana,
ESPEN 2007 has been an outstanding
success and we have received many positive comments from both the
delegates and ESPEN Central.
We would like to express our warmest appreciation for the excellent
cooperation and services provided by you and your team, who proved to
be totally dedicated and available both during the preparation and on
site. The PCC has so much contributed to make the ESPEN 2007 Congress a
success.
The MCI team really enjoyed working with you in Prague and we would
like to thank you for your enthusiasm, ideas and professionalism in
every moment of the organisation of this congress. We would be happy to
work again with you if a new opportunity occurs, and we would be
pleased to recommend you to any other partners and clients.
We kindly ask you to also thank all your colleagues who have contributed in the success of this congress.

LABOREXPO 2007
The Letter to Karel Hodina – Chief of Security at the Prague Congress Centre
Dear Mr. Hodina,
I
wish to express my thanks for the professionalism you displayed while
providing your services for the LABOREXPO 2007 exhibition from
September 24th to 28th, 2007.
I would especially like to thank
the employees of SBA–Expert who assisted during the unloading and
loading of the materials and exhibits on the north terrace of the PCC,
in very inclement weather and under difficult circumstances, for their
positive approach. They resolved all critical situations proactively
and with courtesy, and as a result, we received not a single complaint
about their work. We were also glad to see many familiar faces again
from this event last year and the year before that, confirming the
stability and dependability of this team.
Further, no incident
occurred to interrupt this very successful event while the exhibition
spaces, which contained very expensive and sensitive equipment
frequently worth many millions of crowns, were being guarded.
We would be very happy and honoured to turn to your team again in the
future for the next LABOREXPO exhibition of laboratory technology,
Warm regards,
Tomas ROTREKL

The Letter from the Czech Television
Dear Mr. Karnik,
Please allow me, on behalf of Czech Television, to express our sincere
thanks for the excellent cooperation your company gave us during the
broadcast of the Otazky Václava Moravce series special. The completely
professional, correct and invariably dependable approach of your
employees to the performance of their duties was one of the main
guarantees that made it possible to put on this key part of the series.
Czech Television, and I personally, greatly enjoyed working with your
company, and if the opportunity of further cooperation arises in the
future, we look forward to approaching you again,
Yours sincerely,

10th Prague Model United Nations
The letter adressed to the General Manager of the Prague Congress Centre
Dear Mr. Kárník,
We would herewith like to take the opportunity to thank you for your
support of the Prague Model United Nations (PMUN) in its gala 10th
year, and for your significant personal contribution to the success of
its proceedings.
This last year, 330 delegates from 54 middle schools from the entire Czech Republic represented the 66 member states of the UN.
Between Autumn, 2004, and March of this year, we held five preparatory
sessions for those participating in the 10th year of PMUN on the
grounds of the Economic University in Prague. Individual workshops were
addressed by specialists in the field of international relations, such
as Jiří Schneider, former political director of MZV ČR, Tomáš Klvaňa,
member of the Czech Euroatlantic Commission, Vladimíra Dvořáková from
the Economic University in Prague, as well as Pavel Telička, the former
European Commissioner, and others. For the first time this year, we
initiated a new committee on the European Union Commission which was
very popular with all participants.
The whole project culminated in a five day conference from April 14th
to 18th under the aegis of the Foreign Affairs Minister, Mr. Cyril
Svoboda, and Her Excellency, Mrs. Linda Joy Duffield, the British
ambassador. The gala opening in the Míčovna Hall in Prague Castle was
attended by around a hundred guests from the diplomatic and wider
specialist public, as well as the press.
We greatly value your support. The Prague Congress Centre has provided
the Prague Model United Nations with very prestigious surroundings and
excellent services, lending exceptional distinction to the 10th Annual
PMUN. We firmly believe that you will also give us your support in the
years to come, and we look forward to our future co-operation.
Respectfully yours,
Jan Havránek
PMUN Secretary General
Letter from BMI Association
Dear Mr. Kárník,
Our BMI Civic Association has been
holding its INSPO conference (internet and information systems for
persons with special needs) in the Prague Congress Centre for five
years now. Conference which took place on March 12th, 2005 and enjoyed
an excellent response from both participants and the media.
I would like on this occasion to offer my sincere thanks to all the
staff in the Prague Congress Centre who co-operated in the running of
the conference, for their professionalism, approachability and the
understanding they have shown towards the special needs that people
with disabilities have. We also much appreciated the discount you gave
us that allowed us to make participation in the conference available to
all interested parties throughout the Republic for free.
I believe that we will be able to build on the excellent co-operation
of the Prague Congress Centre during the organisation of INSPO 2006, to
be held on March 11th, 2006.
Respectfully yours,
Jaroslav Winter
