Services included in the price of lease

Equipment and utilities of the leased non-residential premises

Hall structure - for an event 1 variant of the hall structure (excluding cabaret) (if the hall variant is exactly specified at least 14 days prior to the event), construction of performance platforms and speaker's desks in the halls are not included in the price of lease.

Foyer - as a dispersion area - will be specified in an Annex of the Contract - the event budget

The communication system within the PCC - mobile telephones for connection with PCC production - max. 2 pieces (if the request is notified at least 14 days prior to the event).

Basic information system - using the stable information system in the PCC building, the possibility to lend props of the mobile information system - max. 5 pieces (if the requested number is notified at least 14 days prior to the event), necessary to use as the event information system, may not be used for advertising purposes in non-leased premises

Personal lifts, escalators - using the lifts and escalators by the clients and visitors of the event as access routes (usage of goods lifts is not included in the price)

Cloakroom for visitors of the event with serving staff

Toilets - with on-going cleaning provided during the event

Cleaning the premises - after the preparation of the event, after each day of the event and after the event liquidation (basic cleaning in the leased premises of the PCC, cleaning the movables in the leased premises of the PCC)

Modification of performance platform area in the Forum Hall (lifting tables) (if specified at least 14 days prior to the event)

Fire safety service - fire brigade in the PCC building, fire alarms, automatic fire extinguishing system



Power supplies in the leased premises

Basic lighting - main lighting of the leased premises

Air-conditioning, heating - ensuring quality and temperature of air in the PCC according to the valid standards of the Czech Republic and the PCC project

Electric power supply - enabling supply of electric power in the leased premises from the current distribution systems, consumption of electric power, limits of electric power consumption: big halls - max. 60 kW, 3 phases 400 V protection 32 A, medium halls - max. 30 kW, 3 phases 400 V protection 16 A, small halls - max. 10 kW, 1 phase 220 V protection 16 A - (if specified at least 14 days prior to the event), shall not apply to any accompanying events


*If services not included in the cost of lease are not ordered within the prescribed deadline, these may only be charged to the client or PCC may only guarantee the assurance of services after confirmation by expert divisions.
