Services included in the price of lease

Facilities in the premises that are provided
  • Conference hall arrangements * - one conference hall arrangement option for each hall, with the exception of the “cabaret” alternative (banquet tables). The construction of podiums and lecterns is not included in the price of the lease.
  • Movables for conference halls - chairs, tables, white tablecloths, skirting (only movables stocked by PCC are available).
  • Foyer - dispersal area with no other use (cultural programme, exhibition, catering, etc. - to be specified in a supplement to the contract).
  • Communication system in PCC* - mobile phones for connection with PCC production (max. 2 phones)
  • Basic information system* - option to use mobile stands in the PCC building – max. 5 stands – to help direct participants
  • Passenger lifts, escalators - use for clients and visitors on access routes. The use of goods lifts is not included in the price.
  • Cloakroom for visitors to the event with attendant.
  • Toilets - including cleaning during the event.
  • Cleaning of conference and dispersal areas - basic cleaning of the leased premises after the event has been prepared, after each day of the actual event and after the event has been removed.
  • Arrangement of the podium in the Social Hall* - raised tables.
  • Fire services - fire brigade in the PCC building, fire alarm, automatic fire-fighting system.
*the request must be made or specified at least 14 days in advance


Provided lighting, heating/air-conditioning and electricity
  • working lighting in the leased premises (without stage lighting of the podium)
  • air-conditioning and heating - ensuring air quality and temperature in PCC is in accordance with valid Czech norms and the PCC project
  • electricity connections - allowing electrical power in the leased premises to be taken from existing distribution systems with the following electrical power consumption limits: large halls - max. 60 kW, 3 phase 400 V protection 32 A, medium-size halls - max. 30 kW, 3 phase 400 V protection 16A, small halls - max. 10 kW, 1 phase 220 V protection 16 A (if specified at least 14 days before the event), this does not apply to accompanying exhibitions.

Note: If services included in the price of the lease are not ordered by the set deadline, they may be charged to the client, or PCC will only guarantee the service after confirmation has been given.
